How do I check the status of my order?

Liquid Enterprises will send you an email at each completed step of the order process: order receipt, shipping confirmation, delivery confirmation.  In addition, you may either (1) click on the link in your initial order confirmation or (2) login to your account (if you have one) to check the status of your order.

Where and when do I enter my promo/discount code?

Once you have completed your product selections and clicked “Checkout” on the shopping cart, you will be taken to the Checkout Page.  Under the Order Total, you will see a Promo/Discount line where you may enter your code.  The adjusted, post-discount total will appear in the Discounted Total row.

Why should I setup an account?

  • Sign-in to view all order history in one place.
  • Save address information (billing and shipping) for quick check-out.
  • Better customer support experience because all order history is associated with a single account.
  • Save wish list to account.
  • If you qualify for tiered pricing, your discount rate will automatically be applied at the time time of checkout.

Can I get Terms on my purchase?

You betcha!  As long as your company grosses $50MM in annual revenues, we would be happy to extend payment terms.

I forgot my username or password.

Click on the “Forgot Username or Password” link just below the account login.  We will send the information that you need to the email that we have on file.

Can I pick-up my order from your office?

Absolutely! Please contact us on the phone at 720-340-3496 to arrange to pickup an item. Typically, we can do this the same day you purchase an item.

How long do I have to pay for my Ebay item?

Ebay allows (3) days to pay for your item. If an item has not been paid within (7) days, it has been cancelled.

How do I check out?

Once you have setup an account, this is very easy. Just setup your account and follow the prompts. There is one page. Just fill everything out and we will have your order.

Can I retract a bid on Ebay?

Ebay’s policies are constantly changing. We recommend familiarizing yourself with Ebay’s terms of service.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept almost any form of payment. We accept American Express, Discover, Visa and Mastercard. We also can take checks via mail or ACH, wire transfers, and Paypal. This holds true for items bought on our site or through any partner transaction.

What does it mean when my order says processing?

It means that we have received your order and it is currently pending shipping. Most shipments happen in 1 business day. If the item is oversize and required special packaging, this can take up to 2 additional business days.

What does it mean when my order says shipped?

Your item has left the warehouse and is on its way to you. You will also see a tracking number with this status. You can track your item all the way to your location.

I am not a business, can I still buy from your site?

Absolutely!! Please keep in mind that when shipping an item, you will need to notate that it is for residential delivery. Large items will always need a liftgate for residential delivery.

Can I send a gift to someone? Will they see the price?

Our items can be sent with only a packing slip. Please send us a quick email to let us know.

Do I have to wait all day for my item to arrive? Can I make a delivery appointment?

It is important to have someone you trust available for receiving the package. They also must be over 18.  At checkout, for freight items, you can request a delivery appointment. This does typically slow down transit times by a day or more.

What if my estimated delivery date has passed, and I still don’t have my order?

It is only an estimate. However, if your estimated delivery date was more than 2 days ago, please contact us and we will be happy to trace your package.
