Description

  • High Density Hot Hold Unit consists of a two tiered countertop unit accessed from the front and/or both sides
  • Each tier is designed to hold two ½ size x 4” deep pans
  • Upper tier’s wire form will also hold a full size bun tray
  • Heat is supplied from above by custom manufactured emitters
  • Upper emitter has heat control setting for Breakfast
  • Upper and lower tiers are individually switched on and off
  • Upper tier has constant heat when set to lunch and intermittent when set to breakfast (BRKFST)
  • Lower tier’s heat is always constant
